Indonesia dengan bonus demografi dan potensi sumber daya alamnya memiliki potensi untuk bisa menjadi negara terdepan untuk menyonsong indonesia emas 2045. Untuk mewujudkan mimpi tersebut indonesia harus bisa memaksimalkan potensi sumberdaya manusianya untuk dapat menjadi pribadi yang kompeten dan unggul.Salah satu faktor majunya suatu negara adalah banyaknya wirausaha mandiri yang mapan pada negara tersebut dan untuk menjadi wirausahawan ideal haruslah memiliki visi kedepan dan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan suatu bangsa. Ada dua permasalahan di Indonesia yang berpotensi menjadi market value pada suatu start up yaitu permasalahan energi terbarukan dan pengelolaan sampah. Dengan kondisi geografis yang ideal, indonesia memiliki target untuk dapat memenuhi 23% kebutuhan energinya dengan energi terbarukan. Dan selain itu banyak sekali permasalahan yang ditimbulkan dari adanya PLTU, seperti pencemaran udara dan menganggu kesehatan masyarakat setempat.Indonesia berpotensi untuk memanfaatkan sinar matahari dengan letak geografisnya di garis khatulistiwa. Kemudian terkait pengelolaan sampah ada dua jenis pengelolaan sampah yang dapat menjadi market value yaitu pengelolaan sampah plastik dan pengelolaan limbah elektronik. Indonesia sebagai negara no 2 penyumbang sampah plastik di dunia setelah tiongkok, ini menunjukan indonesia memiliki jumlah plastik yang melimpah dan belum terkelola dengan baik. Pengelolaan plastik yang baik dapat mendaur ulang plastik tersebut menjadi bijih plastik yang dapat digunakan kembali atau dicetak dan dibentuk produk baru, selain itu plastik juga berpotensi untuk menjadi produk sumber bahan bakar alternatif menggantikan fosil dan sebagainya.Kemudian pada limbah elektronik,limbah elektronik merupakan limbah berbahaya dan dapat merusak lingkungan sekitar. Namun di indonesia pengelolaannya belum dilakukan secara optimal, padahal jika pengelolaannya dilakukan dengan baik, dari limbah elektronik tersebut dapat dihasilkan produk berupa emas yang dapat digunakan untuk nilai tukar dan investasi. Ide yang ingin saya bawakan terkait energi terbarukan yaitu panel surya, dengan geografisnya indonesia berpotensi mendapatkan energi matahari secara optimal dan efisien. Namun panel surya pada umumnya menggunakan bahan silika konvensional yang cukup mahal. Sebagai negara agraris Indonesia memiliki tumbuhan padi yang mana sekam padi tersebut melimpah dan belum optimal pemanfaatannya.Sekam padi memiliki kadar silika yang cukup tinggi dan dapat menjadi bahan alternatif silika dan dapat menurunkan harga panel surya agar lebih terjangkau. Saya namakan ide start up saya Oryza Cell, Panel surya berbahan sekam padi

Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb

                   Good morning everyone. First of all, let us praise and gratitude pray to Allah's presence because of his grace and guidance we are given health to come together on this day. Shalawat and salam may always delivered be upon our Great Prophet Muhammad Saw who had guided and led us from dark into shining bright path. I also want to say, thank you, to the committee to give me time and chance to giving my speech here today. And also, my beloved audiences, thank you for coming today.

Before i speech its will be better if i introduce my self.My name fikar razani, i came from cimahi and i am a delegation from ma multiteknik asih putera cimahi

Alright, today i will present my speech about “the effect of globalization for language and culture in indonesia”

So What is Globalization? We often hear globalization in this modern era but do you know what is globalization? according to Wikipedia, Globalization is the process of international integration arising from the interchange of world views, products, ideas, and other aspects of culture. including the rise of the Internet, are major factors in globalization,or in simpler way if you can find starbuks coffe at the mall that’s globalization. Every nations, on this Earth, will or must do a process called Globalization. Every nations should open their mind. They should welcome every new culture come to their country from the others.

Swedish journalist, Thomas Larsson, in his book “The Race to the Top: The Real Story of Globalization”, states that globalization:

“...is the process of world shrinkage, of distances getting shorter, things moving closer. It pertains to the increasing ease with which somebody on one side of the world can interact, to mutual benefit, with somebody on the other side of the world.”

So the globalization make every nations just like feels really close to each other and make our activities easier.

Talking about globalization is related with the culture. Why?like a said before the globalization progress universal icluding culture and culture is national identity so that’s way culture is also a national identity that should be respected and cared by the successors of the nation,and our coutry,indonesia has many culture but we are united with a slogan bhineka tunggal ika,we are different but we are one.

And then the globalization also make a effect for the language. Existence of indonesian language which is the identity of Indonesia in the era of globalization, needs to be fostered and promoted by every citizen of Indonesia. This is necessary so that the Indonesian people are not carried away by the influence of foreign culture and not in accordance with Indonesian. Indonesian languages indeed an important role in building a whole Indonesian person.

Well after i explained  about globalization in our country,we can see the globalization make our life in modern era so ifluential. But globalization not always good,there’s have a bad side of globalization.It’s that mean we have problem.So what is the problem?the problem is some people in indonesia were too fanatic to other coutries like brand, products,and maybe our language will be lost because we use the wrong language even,maybe some of them were have forgot our nation’s identity.The worst part is,when our people are too fanatic with other brands and culture maybe in future our characteristic and identity will extict 

If the east and west unite, there still characteristic of our culture? Or we are soluble in the culture of other nations without leaving the slightest our value system? Therefore it is necessary save our socio-cultural aspects as national identity.

So, what we must do? What we need to do to save our culture? The answer is simple, love it,and then we must be selective in other culture.If that is good and according to our culture we can follow that culture but that is a poor culture should we leave,and we must utilizing the result of globalization as well as possible,at this globalization era we can learn many things,and we learn for make our country better.Actually,not wrong if you like other country culture but we must dont forget to our identity

So,save our culture,  language and bring our country towards better with globalization .As pa Alim Markus said, "Cintailah produk produk indonesia",So love our products and our culture
